Dr. James Fetsch
MY MISSION

EDUCATION
Dr. James Fetsch is a native of St. Louis. He graduated from Pattonville High School and went on to the University of Missouri for his undergraduate degree. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
CONTINUING EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS & SERVICE
Dr. Fetsch is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and Fellow of International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He earned his Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) in 2019 after completing 500 hours of continuing education and passing the fellowship exam.
Dr. Fetsch values the importance of remaining up to date with the latest advances in dentistry and patient care. He has over 900 hours in continuing education courses to better serve his patients.
He has also devoted his time in the community by providing access to dental care for others through International Dental Mission trips to Honduras and volunteering for Free Dental Clinic service days through the years.
Full arch dental implants provide patients with brand new teeth by utilizing a permanent, titanium-reinforced bridge that can be secured with four to six dental implants. This allows us the flexibility to strategically place the implants in the areas in which the bone is most dense, reducing our need for bone grafting and other supporting treatments.
